Rainbow All Abilities Fitness Class

An all-abilities class that will use circuit training to expend energy, build tolerance for changing environments and improve breathing control. Exercise can increase independence and provide neuroimprovements (increase capacity to process more information), and help individuals identify mental and environmental stressors).

Carlos Stevens has worked in the professional fields, corporate and private, and now wants to concentrate on serving the neurodivergent and autistic communities. He’s into computers and coding and recently moved from the east coast to the Denver area to pursue data science interests.
